Shipping & Returns

At Modemani Outlet, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is both convenient and transparent. To guarantee the timely and secure delivery of your order, we have implemented the following shipping and return policy.

 

Shipping

 

    • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience, including standard and expedited delivery. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your location. The standard shipping method typically arrives within 7-10 business days. The Express shipping method typically arrives within 5-7 days.

    • Shipping Cost: Our standard shipping service is available at a flat rate of 15 euros. Our Express shipping service is available at 25 euros. For orders that exceed €300, the shipping cost is free.

    • Order Processing Time: We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days from the time of placement. Orders made on weekends or holidays may experience a minor processing delay.

    • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

    • International Shipping: While we provide international shipping to most countries, please note that we do not currently ship to Russia. The delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs regulations in the destination country.

     

     

    Returns

     

    • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund. In the event your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us to initiate the refund process.

    • Order Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

    • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for the step-by-step-instructions. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

    • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

    • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.
